摘要
为适时采收、合理开发利用芍药花,本实验利用不同方法对连云港地产四种不同花期芍药花中的多酚、黄酮、多糖以及微量元素等成分进行提取与含量测定,同时采用DPPH·法测定提取物的抗氧化活性。结果发现不同花期的芍药花中,含苞待放的花蕾中多酚和Zn元素的含量最高,分别为63.55mg/g和176μg/g,初开的花中黄酮含量最高,可达17.01mg/g,Fe元素含量在凋谢的花瓣中最高,达324μg/g,Cu元素含量在各个花期差不多,平均高达748.8μg/g,各提取液均显示了较强的抗氧化活性。
For the rational exploitation and utilization of peony flowers in Lianyungang, the polyphenols, flavonoids, polysaccharides and trace elements contents in the peony flowers at different blossoming stages were extracted and measured individually. Meanwhile, antioxidant activities were measured by DPPH ~ method. The results showed that the flower bud contains the highest amounts ofpolyphenols (63.55 mg/g) and Zn (176 μg/g), and the flavonoids content contained in primal flower is the highest, reaching 17.01mg/g. Fe content is the highest in withering flower, but average Cu content is 748.8μg/g in the peony flowers at different blossoming stages. The antioxidant activities of all four extacts are strong.
