摘要
本实验研究了沙地油栗的自然休眠特性、化学药品氯苯胺灵(CIPC)和青鲜素(MH)以及控制贮藏湿度抑制板栗发芽的方法。结果表明:沙地油栗大约有2个月的自然休眠期,低温能延长其休眠期,在3℃条件下,沙地油栗的强迫休眠期大约为2个月,低温能有效地抑制沙地油栗发芽。化学药品氯苯胺灵和青鲜素均不能很好地控制沙地油栗的发芽。采用低温贮藏结合干湿交替处理,能很好地控制沙地油栗的发芽、腐烂和失水。
The dormancy of Shadi glossy Chinese chestnut and its methods of germination inhibition namely isopropyl N-(3- chlorophenyl) carbamate (CIPC) disposal, malcichydrazidc (MI-I) disposal and controlling relative humidity during storage period were studied. The results showed that the chestnut has 2-month nature dormancy stage, which can be delayed to 4 months at 3 ℃ during storage period. Controlling relative humidity during storage period can effectively inhibit the germination of the chestnut, but CIPC or MH disposal cannot.
