摘要
银团贷款能满足大型基础设施BOT项目的资金需求,但银团中"参与行的数量"不能有效确定,就会引起项目融资前期借贷双方的低效率,影响融资活动的顺利进行。我们试图运用混合策略博弈方法建立相应的模型,将被"参与行数量"所影响的各决策变量置于该博弈框架下运行分析,由此找出均衡数量并提出相应的对策建议。
Syndicated loans can satisfy the needs of large-scale infrastruetore BOT programs, but it will cause low efficiency between loaners and debtors in preliminary stage of project financing if "the number of participant banks" can't be effectively determined, even it will hamper the moving of project financing. The topic is the innovation point of this paper. The author tries to use the method of mixed strategy game theory to compose a suitable model, and then through this model, bring multiple relevant decision variables into this game model and analysis. From the analysis, the author finds out the equilibrium number of participant banks and puts forward some suggestions.
