摘要 简略回顾了根系研究法的历史。介绍了水稻根系研究法的现状,分为机械挖掘类和非挖掘类,机械挖掘类分为原状土片法、原状土柱法、网袋法、简易根箱法、塑料管土柱法;非挖掘类分为雾培法、同位素示踪法、桶(盆)钵栽培法、沙培法、水培法、水上栽培法等。分析了存在的问题并展望了发展前景。 The progress in methods of studying rice root system in history was briefly reviewed. The advance in methods of studying rice root system was comprehensively summarized: methods were divided into mechanical mining kinds and non-mining kinds. The former consisted of undisturbed soil tablet method, undisturbed soil column method, net bag method, simple root box method, and plastic tube soil column method, et al. And the later consisted of automatic aeroponics cultivation method, isotope tracing method, barrel (pot) experiment method, sandy cuhure method, water culture method, and above-water culture method, et al. The problems and prospects of the methods in modem agriculture field were estimated.
