摘要
微生物分子生态学研究表明,所研制的ZZMZ土壤修复菌剂能够在怀地黄根际土壤定植,并且在一定程度上能有效降解怀地黄连作后产生的化感物质。培养28 d后,怀地黄种植土壤样品(干土)中的3种酚酸物质——香草酸、对羟基苯甲酸及阿魏酸总量降解率达50.93%。
The soil improved bacterial manere (ZZMZ) could field planted in the Rhizosphere of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch through the study of molecular microbial ecology. The ZZMZ soil improved bacterial manure could decrease the allelochemicals generated after Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch continuous cropping. After 28 d incubation, the continuous cropping obstacles, such as vanillic acid, p-hydmbenzoic acid, and ferulic acid degraded 50.93%.
