摘要
以福建闽清的长石质低压电瓷坯体为基础,分别向配方中添加不同含量的助熔剂萤石(CaF2),并在不同温度下烧结,探讨萤石对坯体烧结性能的影响。按相关测试标准测定样品的气孔率、吸水率和体积密度,采用XRD和SEM表征样品的微观结构。结果确定最佳的萤石添加量为5wt%,此时可将电瓷坯体的烧结温度降低至1200℃。
Different content of fluorite fusion were added to the green body of low voltage electric porcelain and their influences were characterized . The procelain in Minqing, Fujian province belongs feldspar procelain. The relative properties such as porosity, water absorption and bulk density were tested according to standards. Results show that the beste amount for fluorite added is 5%, and at this time, the sintering temperature of body can be lowered to 1200℃ .
