黄色仿天然石材瓷砖的开发研制

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A KIND OF YELLOW ROCK-LIKE TILE

仿天然石材瓷砖是一种新兴的磁砖品种。仿石系列瓷砖与天然石材的外观非常相近,而且其性能又优于天然石材。本文在参考近年来仿石瓷砖开发领域文献资料的基础上,简要概述了仿石瓷砖的研制开发概况。本文着重从坯体的选择、面釉的选择、印刷釉的选择、干粒的选择等方面介绍了黄色仿石磁砖的开发研制。

Rock-like tile is a kind of advanced tiles. There is not much to choose between rock-like tile and the real nature mountain stone in their patterns and surfaces. And this new tile＇ s performance is superior than the real nature stone materials. Based on the findings reported in the present literatures, this paper reviewed briefly the development of rock-like tile＇ s researching. Meanwhile, based on our studies, the paper focused on the researching and selecting of tile＇ s body and surface glaze and printing glaze and dry sand.
