摘要
介绍了一种陶瓷牙齿加工专用三轴CNC磨床及其控制系统。其机构采用两平动轴和一摆动轴的运动形式,该系统具有开放式控制系统。开发专用CAM加工软件,通过三轴联动磨削,实现义齿曲面加工自动化。最后给出了一例磨削试验。
A 3-axes CNC grinding machine and its control system for ceramic denture is introduced. The system includes two translations and one swing DOF and the control subsystem is designed with opening structure. A dedicated CAM manufacture software is developed to drive the 3-axes moving coordinately to automatically accomplish grinding tooth surface. Finally,a sample of grinding experiment is given.
