基于反求工程技术的零件再设计

摘要 针对与再设计零件电机机座有严格配合要求的手把外壳进行反求,利用Imageware和CATIA软件对三维扫描系统获取的点云数据进行曲面重构,然后以重构的曲面为参照,对其内部零件电机机座进行了再设计。通过反求与正向设计的结合,实现了对电机机座的再设计,并保证了与参照外壳的配合要求。 Aided at the reverse modeling of the hold shell which has strict demand of matching with the motor seat part to be re-designed,Imageware and CATIA are utilized to reconstruct the shell surface from the point cloud acquired by the 3D digitizing system. Then with the restructured surface as reference, the motor seat is re-designed. Through the combination of reverse design and forward design,the motor seat is successfully re-designed,and the matching demand with the reference shell is ensured.
