摘要
针对夹片结构特点及其车削时的特性进行了研究,利用直线电机的定位精度高、无需速度转换装置的优点,设计了夹片车削自动上料机构。并给出了该自动上料机构主要部件的结构及其计算、校核过程。该机构解决了夹片车削时手工上料存在的安全隐患,同时降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。
The research on clip structure and character of its turning has been made. Using the advantage of the linear motor which has high accuracy of location,and unnecessary to have speed converter device ,the automatically feeding device on clip turning has been designed. It has been given its calculating and checking procedure of the structure of the feeding device's main parts. The automatically feeding device deals with the potential safety hazard which occurs in the manual feeding of clip turning. In the meantime it reduces the workers' labor,and increases the labor productivity.
