自动聚酰亚胺薄膜冲孔机的研究与开发

研制了一种能自动冲孔、送料、卷料的聚酰亚胺薄膜冲孔机,采用PLC控制和伺服电机驱动的自动送料、卷料机构。实际应用结果表明:该冲孔机性能良好,成功解决了聚酰亚胺薄膜冲孔的难题,有效解决了聚酰亚胺薄膜冲孔精度低,误差大,废品率高,人工操作,冲孔速度慢等问题,提高了冲孔质量和生产效率,工程应用中效果很好。这对聚酰亚胺薄膜的实际应用有很大的实用价值。

A dopting the control with programmable logic controller （PLC） and automatic feeding and removing mechanism driven by servo motor,an automatic polyimide punch is designed,which can auto-matically punch,feed and remove the workpiece. Practical application shows ：the punch has a good peformance ,the difficulty of polyimide punch is overcome successfully. The problems with conventional poly-imide punch such as low accuracy,large accumulative error,higher reject rate,heavy manual labor,slow punch pace ,etc ,can be solved effectively,at the same time ,punching quality and production efficiency is improved. Engineering application of this machine is fairly good. It has a goodpractical value to actual application of polyimide film.
