摘要
针对某底座零件的自动送料及铆压加工过程设计研制了专用铆钉压入机,其传动系统通过采用交流伺服驱动系统、滚珠丝杠、直线导轨等装置,通过惯量匹配的研究、电机转速的调试、滚珠丝杠的消隙和支承方式的合理设计,解决了自动、高效、往返送料及精确定位的难题;通过采用光电传感器技术和PLC技术解决了每次送料基点一致性的问题,定位精度可达5μm。
An especial Rivet Press Machine is designed and developed to solve an base seat automatic transporting and rivet pressing. The transmission system includes the servo-drive system,the ball-screw,the linear guide,etc. Through the research of inertia matching,debugging the motor speed,eliminating the gap of ball-screw,reasonable designing of the bearing type ,this system can solve automatic ,high efficient, back and forth transporting materials and exact positioning. Adopting light-electricity sensor and PLC technology solved the problem of the base point concordance during each transporting materials, The repeat positioning precision can be 5μm.
