摘要
现代汽车的发展对制动盘性能的要求不断提高,制动盘性能优劣直接影响到汽车行驶的安全性、稳定性、舒适性。制动盘各项性能对质量都会产生影响。因此平衡槽深的选取对整个制动盘的动平衡以及制动盘的整体性能都会有一定的影响。分析了制动盘平衡槽深的选取对制动盘频率的影响。
The development of modem automobile brings forward higher request for the automobile brake disc.The performance of brake disc affects the security,stability and comfort of steer.Every performance of brake disc can influence to the quality. Therefore,The depth selection of the compensating groove can influence the dynamic balance and the entire performance of the brake disc. It analyzed the influence to the depth of compensating groove to the frequency of brake disc.
