网织红细胞平均激光散射性及分布宽度的临床应用探讨

摘要 目的探讨网织红细胞平均激光散射性及其分布宽度的临床应用价值。方法用美国贝克曼公司库尔特LH750型全自动血液分析仪分析140例健康体检者和122例贫血患者的网织红细胞光散射参数及变化,对数据进行统计学处理。结果网织红细胞光散射参数值在男、女之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。慢性再生障碍性贫血组治疗前、肾性贫血组、缺铁性贫血组、溶血性贫血组与的网织红细胞平均激光散射值(MRS)与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);缺铁性贫血组、溶血性贫血组的网织红细胞激光散射分布宽度(MRS-SD)与对照组比较有差异(P<0.05或0.01);慢性再生障碍性贫血组治疗后较治疗前MRS、MRS-SD均有差异。贫血患者MRS与未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF)有直线相关关系。结论健康成年人网织红细胞光散射参数值与性别无关。贫血患者MRS与健康成年人有差异。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of mean reticulocyte laser scattering and distribution width (MRS-SD). Methods Reticulocyte parameters in blood samples from 140 healthy adults and 60 patients with anemia were detected by Beckman Coulter LH750 automatic blood cytoanalyze. Results There was no significant difference in MRS between genders. The MRS values of patients with chronic aplastic anemia before treatment, renal anemia, iron deficiency anemia and hemolytic anemia were significantly deferent from those of normal controls(P〈0.05 or 0.01). The MRS-SD values of iron deficiency anemia and hemolytic anemia were deferent from those of normal controls(P〈0.05 or 0.01 ). Significant differences were found in post-treatment values of MRS and MRS-SD compared with pre-treatment values in patients with chronic aplastic anemia. There was a linear correlation of MRS with immature reticulocyte formation (IRF)in anemic patients. Conclusion The MRS values of anemic patients are deferent from those of healthy adults.
