摘要
不对称结构板料跑偏是影响辊压成型产品质量的一个主要因素。聚氨酯泡沫门片为例,分析了跑偏原因,并提出了轴向、径向补偿跑偏的改进方法。
Off tracking is an important factor in the quality of roll-forming products. The causes of off tracking on polyurethane foam door have been analyzed. At the same time ,the solutions such as radial compensation and axial compensation have been proposed.
