摘要
薄壁大长套类工件变形一直是机械加工的工艺难题。为此,在研究冷热加工变形量的基础上,对该类坯件材料、冷热加工工序,装夹方式、切削用量及刀具几何角度等加工环节进行了生产性实验,为减小薄壁大长套类工件变形找出了行之有效的加工方法。
Class sets of large thin-walled long deformation has been a part of the machining process problems. To this end,the study deformation of hat and cold processing,clamping,cutting toll geometry and perspective of consumption,such as processing areas for the production of the experiment,to reduce the thinwalled. The long sets of deformation of the workpiece to identify the type of effective processing methods.
