摘要
首先分析了其整机结构并对各部件分类描述,采用离散刚体外加特殊约束力的方法描述液体平衡环,进而在讨论机壳受力的基础上,给出了顶开式洗衣机的走动边界条件,最后应用Lagrange方程建立了整机振动模型。
The structure of the AWM-HB is analyzed,and components of the AWM-HB are formulated into threedifferent kinds,at the same time,several rigid bodies with special forces between them are employed to simulate the effect of the hydraulic balancer,furthermore ,forces that act on the shell of the AWM-HB are analyzed,and critical limits of the walk phenomenon are given out,at last,the vibration model of the whole system are created with the help of the Lagrange Equation.
