摘要
航空发动机振动信号往往所含成分复杂、有用成分十分微弱,信噪比低,这大大限制了已有诊断方法在早期诊断中的应用。将盲信号处理方法引入到航空发动机振动信号分析,根据振动信号的特征,采取合适的预处理手段,然后应用FastICA算法进行信号的分离研究,结果验证了盲处理方法的有效性,可以应用于航空发动机振动信号处理和故障诊断领域。
Aero-engine vibration signals always include mang complicated components,but useful ones are very weak,so the SNR is low,which greatly constrains the use of existing diagnosis methods.Blind Signal Processing provide a way for it .After adop'ting appropriate pretreatment method according to vibration signal's feature, Vibration signal of aero-engine is analyzied by Blind signal processing through Fastica algorithm The result prove that Bling signal processing is effective and can be applied for vibration signal processing and fault diagnosis of aero-engine.
