摘要
考虑角度误差,对平面尺寸链的灵敏度进行分析。通过将平面尺寸链中各组成环看作为区间变量,基于区间模型来分析平面尺寸链中各组成环对封闭环的影响。通过对公差分析中不确定性的分析,提出了平面尺寸链封闭环绝对区间灵敏度和相对区间灵敏度的概念,从而来确定各区间变量对封闭环的影响程度的不同。通过工程计算实例表明,该方法具有简便性、精确性和实用性,为加工工艺的编制等设计提供了方便。

The effect of tolerance of consisting link on tolerance of closing link is analyzed quantitatively regarding tolerance of consisting link of planar dimensional chain as interval variables. To analyze the different effect of interval variables on tolerance of closing link ,the concepts of absolute interval sensitivity and relative interval sensitivity of closing link of planar dimensional chain are put forward through analyzing uncertainties of error and tolerance. Finally,the approach is illustrated by an example. According to the numerical results ,the approach proposed is a simple ,accuracy and practical analysis method and provides convenient for process and equipment design.
