摘要
对传动连杆机构进行数学分析,求出成圈钩的角速度和角加速度的数学表达式;为满足机构高速化的要求,应用ADAMS和MATLAB仿真软件对不同曲柄参数条件下的传动机构进行运动分析和受力分析,得出随着曲柄增长,角速度和角加速度增大,主轴受力也增大的结论,确定曲柄的最优设计值。
The linkage mechanism is studied by mathematical method,and the mathematical expreshigh-speed bodies,the movement and homeostasis of the actuating mechanism under the condition of different crank parameter is investigated and analyzed by using the simulation software,such as ADAMS,MATLAB. It can be obtained that,with the crank increasing, the force exerted upon the principal axis increase. In addition,the optimal value of the acceleration increase and the crank is obtained.
