摘要
提出一种基于八叉树的分裂合并算法,能够准确而高效地对医学图像体数据进行分割操作,并通过可视化技术重现人体器官.实验表明该方法实用有效,能够得到符合人类视觉系统特性的分割结果.
In this paper, a split-and-merge algorithm based on octree was proposed, which can segment volume data accurately and efficiently. And through three-dimensional reconstruction shows its segmentation results. The experimental resuits demonstrate the simplicity and effectively of the approach, and the result are in accordance with our understanding on the semantic concepts and the perceptual mechanism of human eyes.
