基于并行的焊点优化算法

摘要 提出一种焊点优化算法,同时为了创建更快的方法来完成优化过程的模拟,基于MPI库采用静态分配任务和任务池两种并行方案,对焊点优化算法进行并行化实现.在机群系统下测试表明,并行方法可以显著减少程序运行时间,提高优化模拟过程的效率. An algorithm for spotwelding optimized is proposed to slave the problem, and paralleling methods based on the MPI are proposed in order to reduce the cycle of development. There are two methods to optimize Automotive spot - weld, one is static task assignment programme, and the other is dynamic task assignment programme. Through testing the two programmes under the cluster system we find that the paralldizing optimization algorithm for Automotive Spotweld will significantly reduce the running time and increase the efficiency of the process simulation optimization.
