水泥砂浆在低温碳硫环境下的侵蚀破坏研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同配合比下掺石灰石粉水泥砂浆在硫酸盐溶液中浸泡1年期间的外观、强度变化。结果表明,水灰比越低,砂浆的抗TSA侵蚀性能越好;不同品种水泥的抗TSA侵蚀能力由高至低依次为:硫铝酸盐水泥>抗硫酸盐水泥>普通硅酸盐水泥;掺硅灰和矿渣细粉均能明显改善混凝土的抗TSA侵蚀性能,且矿渣粉掺量越大其效果越明显。 Here a study is made on the changes of the appearance and strength of the cement mortar with different mix ratios of agstone which is soaked in different sulfate solutions for 1 year. The result shows that the lower the ratio of water to agstone is, the better the performance of the TSA erosion resistance is. The TSA erosion resistaiaces of different cements are listed as below from high to low: sulphoaluminate cement, sulfate resisting Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement. The resistance to TSA of mortar is remarkably improved by the addition of the volatilized silica or ground granulated blasffurnace slag (ggbs), and the more the addition of ggbs is,the better the resistance to TSA.
