摘要
运用MSC.Patran软件及其二次开发语言建立了弹丸与火炮身管的参数化模型。利MSC.Dytran软件模拟某型火炮弹带挤进过程,分析挤进过程中弹带、身管和膛线的应力状态,重点分析膛线起始部易损伤的力学原因,为深入研究这一复杂过程提供了参考。
A parameterized model of bore and driving band was built based on MSC. Patran software and Patran Command Language. The engraving process of driving band was simulated by MSC. Dytran. The state of the stress of the driving band and the land and the bore during the process of engraving was analyzed. Based on mechanics, the reason why the land at the beginning of the bore would be destroyed easily was analyzed.
