摘要
设计了两种针对长短距离游泳运动员的力量训练方法,通过比较运动员训练前后的不同生理生化指标,来论证两种针对性的训练方法对提高不同距离游泳运动员成绩的有效性。为今后在训练中能够更加科学合理有效的安排力量训练,提供了依据。
The author designed two types of training methods for swimming athletes of long and short distance. Through comparing index of athletes before and after the experiment, the paper concluded that the two types of training methods are very effective in improving the performance of athletes. Based on the experiments results we can arrange more scientific and reasonable strength training in the future.
