关于基层游泳教练选材基本素质的探讨

The Research on Quality of Selecting Material in Swimming Training

通过文献资料等研究方法对游泳业余训练中教练员选材素质进行了研究。指出教练员在选材中应:1)要掌握初学者的心理特点;2)教练员尽量做到和家长的沟通;3)发挥教练员的威信——提高自身形象、身教重于言教、要明确态度、营造良好的社会环境、丰富专业知识。

Through literature, selection material quality of trainer was researched. Pointing out the trainer in the selection should： 1）must grasp beginner＇s psychological characteristic; 2） the trainer achieves as far as possibte with guardian＇s communication; 3） displays trainer＇s prestige - to enhance own image, to teach by exampie in teaches by word, must be clear about the manner, the building good social environment, the rich specialized knowledge again.
