摘要
引言
现行的EMC规范89／336／EEC最初发布于1989年，紧接着经过四次修改，最终定稿为2004／108／EC，发表于2004年12月1日欧洲委员会的官方刊物上。这一新规范于2007年6月30日起生效。为期两年的过渡期将在2009年6月20日结束。在此过渡期内，生产商在向欧洲市场投放产品时可以选择遵循两种EMC规范中的任一版本。过渡期结束后，投放欧洲市场上的所有产品都必须遵循这个新规范。
THE CURRENT EMC DIRECTIVE 89 / 336 / EEC, which was first published in 1989 and then succeeded by four amendments, has been rewritten as 2004/108/EC, It was published in the official Journal of European Committee on December 1, 2004.This new EMC directive went into effect on July30, 2007.The two-year transition period will end on July 20,2009.During the transition period manufacturers have the choice of following either version of EMC Directive when placing products on the European market.After this transition period, all products placed on the European market must comply with the new EMC Directive.
