中美汇率摩擦的政治经济学分析

The Political Economics Analysis of Sino-US Exchange Rate Friction

随着中国对美贸易顺差的不断扩大,汇率水平和汇率制度的确定成为中美两国争论的焦点。中美两国的官方、学界都在为本国执行的汇率政策提供合理依据,但他们大都从单一经济学角度来看待汇率问题,忽略了汇率背后错综复杂的其它因素。本文从美元霸权利益、利益集团以及中美间战略性矛盾这一政治经济学视角出发,力图阐释中美两国汇率摩擦的真正根源。

As the Sino-US trade surplus continues to expand, to set up the exchange rate level and the exchange rate system has become the focus of controversy between two countries, officials and scholars in both countries are providing reasonable support for the respective exchange rate policy. But most of them only adopt the single economic perspective of exchange rate, overlooking other com- plex factors. This article intends to illustrate the real cause for frictions of Sino-US exchange rate, from the view of political economics involving dollars hegemonic interests, interest groups and the Si- no-US strategic contradictions.
