Research on Cooperation Strategy among University Teachers

弘扬教师合作文化,开展高校教师合作已成为提升教师专业素质、培养可持续发展教师队伍的必然诉求。开展有效的教师合作,应引导教师树立合作理念,激发教师合作的主动性和积极性,重建教师合作文化;建立纵向教学团队与横向科研团队,优化教师合作模式,推进教师合作的深入开展;加强制度建设,改革评价模式,为教师合作提供保障。

To promote cooperation culture of teachers and to develop the cooperation among uni- versity faculties are essential to enhance teachers＂ professional quality. To cultivate the sustainable de- velopment cooperation, we need to lead teachers to establish cooperative concept, activate initiative and active cooperation, and reconstruct the culture of teacher cooperation. Meanwhile, teaching team and cross-sectional research team must be established so as to better the cooperation mode and propel its further development. In addition, we need to strengthen the construction of its regulations and re- form evaluation pattern for the purpose of providing support for teacher cooperation.
