摘要
社区商业是城市商业空间的一个重要层次,是以社区居民为服务对象的属地型商业。梳理国外社区商业发展的理论,归纳国外社区商业发展的特征,提出对我国社区商业健康发展的启示。
Community commerce plays an important role in urban commerce space. It is region-based commerce with community residence as its service target. This paper reviews on foreign theories on the development of community commerce and summarizes up its characteristics. Finally, it points out inspirations to Chinese community commerce.
