摘要
对钢铁工业中加热炉所用碳套辊、石英陶瓷辊、氮化硅陶瓷辊的使用状况与结构进行了分析,认为工艺过程、炉内气氛、粉尘含量、钢板清洁度都会影响辊子的使用寿命;炉底辊的材料与质量改进应注重材料的致密性与气孔形态,可通过处理的方式改变辊子的表面质量。
It is analyzed for the application and structure of carbon roller, quartz ceramic roller and silica nitride ceramic used in heat furnace of steel plant. The technology process, ambience and content of powder in furnace, cleanliness of armor plate, compactly smooth surface and pore shape may affect the service life of roller used in annealing furnace. The improvement of roller' s material and quality of roller should consider dense microstructure and pore shape.
