政府回应性及其提升途径研究

Government Response and the Ways for its Promotion

有效增强政府回应性,不仅是扩大民众参与程度,也是加快政府体制改革、提高政府权威的主要问题。政府回应机制由政府、参与途径和民众三方面构成,而政府回应性的缺失也主要表现在这三方面。因此,要提升政府回应性,也必须从政府主体建设、参与和回应平台建设、民众客体建设这三方面加快速度。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, as well as our society getting into an age of information, people＇s awareness of rights and supervision, and the sense of democratic participation has continually increased, and the public＇s demands for the Government to increase response has been rising continuously. Therefore, gradually changing the traditional model of government administration and actively enhancing the Government＇s response has become the key to the construction of a service-oriented government.
