摘要
上海金昌摩尔大厦在运营地铁保护区内进行大面积的深基坑施工,风险高,难度大。在没有经验可以借鉴的前提下,采取SMW深层搅拌桩、地下连续墙"隔四做一"、对称式土体加固、十字跳跃对称式挖土、底板垫层内设预应力H型钢等措施,在对关键工序进行深入研究和试验后指导施工。同步监测数据显示,施工期间深基坑施工对地铁隧道的不良影响控制在允许范围内,确保了运营地铁的安全。
It is dangerous and difficult to construct large and deep foundation pit in protection areas of metro for Jinchangmoer Building in Shanghai. Because there is no construction experience, some key construction processes are tested and researched to guide construction.
