摘要
结合某深基坑施工工程实例,通过对不同地基基础和结构形式的建筑物变形规律分析,找出了引起建筑物变形的主要影响因素,并讨论了高压旋喷桩加固地基对不同建筑物的适用性。实践证明,深基坑开挖过程中对邻近建筑物保护的关键是保证基坑支护结构不发生超过预警值的水平位移,并通过监测反馈信息,及时调整支护参数,保证邻近建筑物安全。
Based on some actual deep foundation pit, main factors influencing adjacent building deformation are gained by analyzing deformation principle of buildings with different foundation and structural types. Then, applicability of high pressure jet grouting pile method in foundation reinforcement is discussed. It proves that horizontal deformation of supporting structure is key factor during deep foundation excavation, thus safety of adjacent building can be ensured by adjust supporting parameters according to measured data.
