摘要
依托武汉天河机场新航站楼建设工程,提出了超轻集料混凝土配合比设计与泵送施工的完整解决方案。在页岩陶砂不预湿,页岩陶粒仅淋水预湿的情况下,利用自行研制的轻集料混凝土泵送剂,采取稳压中排量连续泵送法,实现了干密度不大于1 400kg/m3,强度20MPa以上的超轻集料混凝土的泵送施工,保证了混凝土的顺利施工。
Relying on new terminal construction project of Wuhan Tianhe Airport, the mix ratio design and pumping technology of super-light aggregate concrete was proposed. Combined with continuous pumping under steady pressure, super-light aggregate concrete, whose dry density ≤ 1 400kg/m^3 and compressive strength ≥ 20MPa, was well pumped with self-developed lightweight aggregate under the condition that shale haydite was pre-wened by sprinkler but shale haydite sands wash' t. All measures adopted ensured successful construction of concrete engineering.
