摘要
根据纱条在电容传感器中的实际情况,提出了充满度很小时纤维和空气组成并联介质的分析方法,建立了电容与纱条混纺比之间的线性关系。由于各种纤维的介电常数并不相等,在测试含水率差异较大的纤维形成的混纺纱时,混和不匀的存在将使测试不匀率数值较纱条实际不匀为大。
In the paper, the influence of blending ratio on electrical signal produced by blended strands in the capacitive evenness tester is disscused when strand volume content in the condensor is very small. The relationship among variation of the capacitance, blending ratio and tex of the strands is analysed on the assumption that fibre materials of the strands and air are arranged in series and in parallel. Linear relations between the capacity increment per tex and blending ratio are developed under above assumptions. Experiments show that the signal produced by blended strands of unit weight is proportional to their blending ratio, and the results are almost consistent with the situation of media arranged in parallel, but differnt from that in series.
