Vocational skills of dual-teacher in vocational colleges include four parts： professional knowledge, professional operation skills, education theory and methods, vocational guidance. The mains ways of training dual-teachers are teachers self-learning, software and hardware construction of continuing education for teachers and encouraging teachers to accept the corporate practice.
