摘要
职业院校"双师型"教师的职业技能包括专业知识、专业操作技能、教育理论与方法、职业指导四部分,主要通过加强教师的自我教育、搞好继续教育的"软硬件"建设以及鼓励教师到企业接受实践教育等途径来获得。
Vocational skills of dual-teacher in vocational colleges include four parts: professional knowledge, professional operation skills, education theory and methods, vocational guidance. The mains ways of training dual-teachers are teachers self-learning, software and hardware construction of continuing education for teachers and encouraging teachers to accept the corporate practice.
