摘要
对台湾地区六所大学舞蹈科系八位学者的深度访谈及其分析显示:台湾地区大学舞蹈专业教育在师资结构方面,存在着理论专业师资不足、教师需要转型进修与教师负担增加等问题;课程特色方面,存在着课程发展受制于师资、专业教材研发不足与专业认证制度尚待建立等问题;学生发展方面,存在着学生理论人文素养亟待提升、就业市场相对狭隘与修习教程旷日费时等问题;教育推展方面,存在着为招生策略有待改善、私校招生愈形困难、舞蹈普及教育推展不足与经费补助渐减等问题。台湾地区舞蹈专业教育发展宜改善师资结构、凸显课程特色、提倡多元人才培养、落实舞蹈基础教育与调整经费补助。
The investigation of depth interview to 8 scholars of dance departments from 6 colleges shows a series of problems. In teacher's structure, professional teachers are deficient, while teachers need to receive transition advanced study and their administration duty are increased. In curriculum, the development of course is limited due to the insufficiency of qualified teachers and specialized textbook research, and the lack of professional accreditation system. In students' development, students' humanistic quality should be enhanced; employment market is relatively parochial; study efficiency is low. In education development, enrollment policy should be improved; enrollment of private schools is more difficult; universal dancing education needs more development; expenditure is lower. The development of professional dancing education should improve teacher's structure, manifest curriculum feature, advocate talent training in many aspects, and implement expenditure.
