摘要
团体训练是心理健康辅导的一种重要方式,本研究选择34名大学生为被试(实验组和对照组各17人),对实验组的被试进行了为期7周的团体训练实验,以检验团体训练对提高大学生职业决策自我效能的有效性。结果表明,实验组被试的前后测得分之间存在显著性差异,对照组的前后测得分之间无显著差异;实验组和对照组的前测无显著差异,后测存在差异显著;实验组被试的职业决策自我效能在3个月后仍能维持较高水平,表明团体训练是提高大学生职业决策自我效能的有效方法。
Group training is an important method to mental healthy guidance. The research was conducted on 34 graduates(experimental group and control group, each 17). Experimental group were received 7 weeks' group training to test validity of group training on undergraduates' career decision-making self-efficiency. The result showed that there were significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test for the experimental group, whereas no significant difference was found between the pre-test and the post-test for the control group. In the pre-test, there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, however, obvious difference was found in the post-test. It also showed career decision-making self-efficacy of experimental group are still on high level after 3 months. These indicated that the group training is effective on improving undergraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy.
