物理条件对红掌组培苗生根和生长的影响

Effects of Physical Conditions on Rooting and Growth of Anthurium andreanum shoots Cultured in vitro

研究不同物理条件对粉冠军(Pink Champion)、华伦天奴(Valentino)、亚利桑那(Arizona)、粉爱(Pin-klove)4个红掌(Anthurium and reanum)品种组培苗生长的影响。通过观察不同温度和不同光照处理下各品种组培苗的根数、株高、叶宽、茎干粗壮度、叶片数等指标找出最佳培养条件。结果表明,增强光照有利于4个品种的组培苗生长,延长光照时间有利于粉冠军和粉爱两个品种的组培苗生长,不同品种适宜的培养温度不同。

Shoots of 4 popular Anthurium andreanum varieties, Pink Champion, Valentino, Arizona and Pink-love, were cultured in vitro under different temperatures and various illumination intensities and duration. All the four varieties were found to grow well under intense light, and Pink Champion and Pink-love grew better under longer light duration. However, all varieties responded differently to temperature.
