超临界CO_2萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用分析糯米香茶中的挥发油 被引量:19

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取糯米香茶(Teucrium manghuaense)叶片的挥发性成分,经毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析,鉴定其中的43种挥发性化合物,用气相色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果表明,其主要成分为角鲨烯(39.4%)、亚麻酸(20.5%)、丁香酚(14.7%)、叶绿醇(7.89%)、棕榈酸(4.81%)、γ-衣兰油烯(3.36%)和4-(4,5-二甲基苯基)-哌啶(1.29%)等。本研究旨在为进一步开发利用糯米香茶资源提供科学依据。 The capillary column gas chromatography in hyphenation with mass spectrometry was applied to analyze volatile constituents of essential oil from leaves of Teucrium manghuaense, The volatile constituents were extracted from the sample by supercritical CO2 extraction, and 43 volatile constituents of the samples were separated and identified. Their relative content was determined by normalization of peak area. The main chemical components were sualene (39.4 %), 9,12,15- Octadecatrienoic acid (20.6 %), (Z,Z,Z)-eugenol (14.7 %), phytol (7.89 %), n-hexadecanoic acid (4.81%), naphthalene,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-7-methyl-4-methylene-1-(1-methylethyl)-, (1à,4aà, 8aà)- (3.36 %), hexahydropyridine, 4-[4,5-dimethoxyphenyl]- (1.29 %), and so on. This study may contribute to further exploitation and utilization of Teucrium manghuaense.
