摘要
以聚丙烯酸酯为黏合剂,氨基硅为柔软剂,运用纳米TiO2和ZnO复合粉体对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理.探讨黏合剂对纳米粉体悬浮液分散性能的影响,利用红外光谱分析研究柔软剂与纳米紫外屏蔽剂的作用机理,用紫外透射率分析仪对织物的紫外透射率进行测试.实验结果表明经浸轧法整理的棉织物具有优异、耐久的抗紫外性能.
Using acrylate as the bond and amin-silence as the soft agent, the cotton fabric was successfully treated with nano-TiO2 and nano-ZnO to improve its UV-shied property. The effect of the bond on the dispersing performance of the suspended liquid of nanometer powder was investigated. The mechanism of the nanometer shield agent was studied with IR Spectral Analysis. And the anti-UV ability of the fabric was tested by UV-absorbance detector. The experimental results showed that the treated cotton fabrics possessed excellent and durable UV-resistance property after padding treatment.
