摘要
多工位制笔机床的小动力头系统要求高速、稳定地旋转,以保证笔头的加工质量和生产效率.介绍了小动力头系统中滚动轴承摩擦力矩的产生机理和经验计算方法,分析了轴承参数和润滑条件等对系统的影响,提出了减小轴承摩擦力矩的对策.
The small power unit system of the ball-pen machine with multi-station should operate smoothly at high speed for the quality and efficiency of the tip of ball pen. The mechanism and calculating method of the friction moment in bearings were introduced. Meanwhile, the influences of bearing's parameters and lubricating condition on the friction moment were analyzed and the solution to reduce the friction moment of bearings was put forward.
