RECK、MMP-9在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨RECK、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测42份BTCC癌组织及13份正常膀胱黏膜组织中RECK及MMP-9的表达情况。结果与正常膀胱黏膜组织比较,BTCC组织中RECK表达明显降低,与肿瘤病理分期密切相关(P<0.05);MMP-9表达明显升高,与肿瘤组织学分级、病理分期密切相关(P<0.05);二者表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论RECK对BTCC的发生、浸润和转移有明显抑制作用,其机制可能与抑制MMP-9表达有关;联合检测RECK、MMP-9可预测BTCC发生、发展和预后。 Objective To investigate the expression of RECK and MMP-9 in the progresssion of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC). Methods The expression of RECK and MMP-9 protein was detected in 42 cases of BTCC and 13 cases of normal bladder tissue by immunohistochemistrical method. Results The positive expression rate of RECK in BTCC decreased significantly and correlated closely with the progression of pathological stage( P 〈0.05 ). The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in BTCC increased significantly and correlated closely with the progression of tumor differentiation grade and pathological stage( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a negative correlation between tbe expression of RECK and MMP-9 in BTCC( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The expression of RECK and MMP-9 in BTCC eorellates closely with the pathogenesis, invasion and metastasis of BTCC ,which will be a new biological markers to predict the prognosis of BTCC.
