摘要
本文报道了单极式离子膜烧碱装置的设计、国产化研制及其操作性能。中试工厂的运转结果表明,电解槽及其它主要设备的各项工艺指标均达到了国际同类产品标准。研究确定的停电保护方案,能有效地防止活性阴极的腐蚀及槽电压上升。经济效益分析表明,本装置比老式隔膜法可节省投资1200万元/万吨,节约能源1000万度/万吨。与引进的离子膜工艺相比,可节省投资370万元/万吨及大量外汇,生产成本降低65万元/万吨。该装置中90%的材料和部件为国产。
This paper reports the new design and Chinese-built facilities of ion-exchange membrane ohlor-alkali industry. The Parameters and the operation of this design are also given. The running of these facilities showed that all technological targets and perfermances of the monopolar ion-exchage membrane electrolyzer and other main equipments are Comparable to those of equipments imported from Japan anp USA.On the other hand, in order prevent rhe active from de activation and the electrolyzer voltage from increase, a set used for resistting power failture was also developed.The economic analysis of production showed that using rhe facilities mentioned above. One can cut down the investment of RMB 1200 yuan/T and power comsumption of 1000 kwh/T compared with the diaphragm cell, and that as compared to the imported equipments the investmenr of RMB 370 yuan/T, the production cost of about RMB 65 yuan/T and considerable foreign exchange can be saved.Moreover, in our plant the 90% Facilities was domestic
