摘要
随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深化,预算管理成为高校财务管理的中心内容。切实加强高校预算管理,是实现高校有限资源优化配置和提高资金使用效益的重要任务。
As system reform of higher education in our country is constantly deepening, budegt management is central task of financial management in colleges and universities, conscientiously strengthening the budget mangement is key work of carrying out the optimization distribution of limited resources and improvement of funds rate of utilization.
