摘要
目的在4℃、25℃和37℃下考察氨甲苯酸与酚磺乙胺在木糖醇注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定氨甲苯酸与酚磺乙胺的含量,同时观察外观变化及测定pH值。结果两药在木糖醇注射液中配伍后,0~8h内其外观、pH值及含量均无明显变化。结论两药配伍后在8h内稳定,可配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE To study on the compatible stability of aminomethylbenzoic acid and etamsylate in 5 % xylitol injection at 40C, 25-12 and 370C for 8 hours. METHODS The contents of two drugs were detected by UV-spectrophotometry. The appearance of the solution was observed and its pH value was determined. RESULTS There were no evident variation in content, appearance and pH value after compatibility during 8 hours in 4℃, 25℃, 37℃. CONCLUSION The mixture solution of aminomethylbenzoic acid and etamsylate in 5 % xylitol injection can be used under above mentioned conditions within 8 hours.
