调神攻坚颗粒中王不留行的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Vaccaria pyramidata Medic. in TiaoShenGongJian granules by TLC

目的对调神攻坚颗粒中王不留行药材的进行定性鉴别。方法用薄层色谱法,经过简单的溶剂提取制备供试品溶液,以氯仿-甲醇-水(15:7:2)下层液为展开剂,依次用改良碘化铋钾试液、2%对二甲氨基苯甲醛-40%硫酸乙醇试液进行显色。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论斑点清晰,重现性好,可作为该制剂中王不留行药材的定性鉴别。

OBJECTIVE To identification Semen Vaccariae in TiaoShenGongJian granules by TLC. METHODS Using TLC, the sample prepared by simple solution extract was developed with the underneath layer of chloroform-methanol-water （15：7：2）, colorirnetric method was spraying with potassium iodobismuth-potassium reagent and 2% paradimethylaminobenzaldehyde-40% sulphic acid-ethanol, in turn. RESULTS A same color spots in the TLC graph of sample existed at the corresponding positions comparad with the controls. CONCLUSION The spots were clear with good reproducibility. It can be used as a method for quality control of the preparation.
