摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸美利曲辛的含量。方法采用VP-ODS C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(20:20:60),检测波长为254nm。结果在建立的色谱条件下,美利曲辛主峰与杂质峰能完全分离,在浓度为55.2~220.8μg.mL-1时,面积与其浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9991);样品的平均回收率为99.86%,RSD=0.13%(n=9);结论该方法准确,简便快捷,重复性好。可用于盐酸美利曲辛的含量及有关物质测定。 OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the assay of the content of melitracen hydrochloride. METHODS VP-ODS C18 column was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase contain aeetonitrilemethanol-water (20:20:60).The UV detection wavelength was 254nm. RESUTLS Under the described chromatographic condition, melitraeen was completely separated from its impurities.The calidration curve was liner(r = 0. 9991 ) in the range of 55.2--220.8μg·mL^- 1 for melitracen hydrochloride, the average recovery was 99.86 % , RSD = 0.13 % (n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It could be used for the determination of melitracen hydrochloride and its related substances.
