摘要
目的研究新疆产沙戟全草的化学成分。方法反复硅胶柱色谱,薄层色谱,凝胶柱色谱,波谱分析技术和理化常数对照。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(Ⅰ),阿曼托黄素(Ⅱ),短叶苏木酚(Ⅲ),短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(Ⅳ),7-O-(6″-反式-对桂皮酰基)-β-D-半乳糖芹菜素苷(Ⅴ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(Ⅵ),没食子酸(Ⅶ)和没食子酸乙酯(Ⅷ)。结论上述化合物均首次从沙戟属中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Chrozophora sabulosa Kar. (Xinjiang origin) .METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by using repeated silical gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography, Sephadex chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physical-chemical properties. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as luteolin( Ⅰ ), amentoflavone( Ⅱ), brevifolin( Ⅲ ), ethyl brevifolin carboxylate(Ⅳ ), apigenin-7-O-(6″-(E)-p-cin- namoyl)-la-D-galactopyran oside ( Ⅴ ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside ( Ⅵ ), gallic acid ( Ⅶ ) and ethyl gallate ( Ⅷ ). CONCLUSION All of these eight compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
